Sound NDT Solutions maintains a full-service facility in Conroe, Texas, offering a comprehensive array of nondestructive testing, engineering, and precision machining capabilities for our NDT industry clients and project partners. Our expertise covers system integration for advanced ultrasonic testing applications, automated inspection systems, an in-house NDT testing laboratory, computer modeling and simulation of inspection processes and data, as well as comprehensive NDT Level III consulting support and subject matter expertise.

We also offer onsite state-of-the-art EDM and C&C machining and welding capabilities for our customers’ specialty NDT applications, including ultrasonic and eddy-current calibration standards, performance demonstration blocks, and welded flaw samples to meet precise industry code requirements.

We offer a full range of conventional NDT services in both field and in-house lab settings with fully trained, certified, and competency-qualified technicians. Our years of experience across industries allow us to safely, accurately, and efficiently provide a wide variety of conventional NDT methods and techniques to meet our clients’ unique scheduling, process, and code compliance requirements. Our services can be provided at client sites via our mobile field services labs or at our full-service in-house NDT laboratory facility just north of Houston in Conroe, Texas.
